We are currently seeking a Microbiologist. The opportunity is in our Belpre, Ohio facility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

It is the Microbiologist responsibility to insure that we produce a product that meets the requirements of customer and external guidelines.

Required Skills: Production and Quality Assurance of Microbiological Product line.  Assist customers in technical support areas. Develop new products in the environmental area to meet our market needs  Ensure compliance of the quality system in the microbiological department. Meet all external requirements such as A2LA and NELAC standards   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Masters in Microbiology Expert knowledge of microbiological methods required by US EPA and FDA 3-5  years quality experience in environmental laboratory or Food Microbiology Experience with lyophilization of bacterial culture
