You will need to contact customer support to re-activate your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can answer your verification question to receive it.
Registration
For security reasons, an APGQA.com Customer Service Representative reviews all registrations. Accounts are reviewed within one business day. Registrations after 5 PM EST on a study close date will not be able to enter data for the study. In this situation, please fax your data to 720-898-6382.
