DMRQA Corrective Actions
Must be negotiated by December 8th
By now, you should have received your DMRQA Report from your provider.
Based on the
DMRQA Announcement Letter,
you have until
December 8, 2004 to negotiate a corrective action with your DMRQA
coordinator for analytes that were evaluated as "not acceptable".
APG has quick turnaround proficiency testing samples
and monthly proficiency testing studies if your corrective action
requires analysis of another unknown sample.

DMRQA Performance Review
APG believes that it is essential for laboratories to understand their
relative performance in PT programs. Included is a table that
shows the percentage of laboratories that received
acceptable evaluations on various parameters
over the past three DMRQA studies.
