DMRQA Remediation
Corrective Actions must be negotiated by December 8th
If you received a "not acceptable" on a DMRQA analyte, you have until
December 8, 2003 to negotiate a corrective action with
your DMRQA coordinator. As the remediation deadline and the
holidays rapidly approach, you can meet your corrective action
requirements quickly by ordering PT STAT samples. Most states and
NELAC now accept quick turnaround samples for prompt remediation and
reinstatement.
APG's PT STAT
program allows you to receive your samples the next business
day after ordering them. APG will evaluate your results, and
ship your report to you and the accrediting authority of your
choice within 48 business hours via Fed Ex Priority. If your
corrective action does not require immediate remediation, APG
provides monthly studies to meet your remediation needs.
Please contact your account manager, via
email at
j.wise@apgqa.com,
or via phone at 800-272-4442
if we can be of service.
