Do you manage multiple laboratories? Are you
responsible to ensure that all of your laboratories are maintaining
their various accreditations? Are you aware of the quality level at
which each of your laboratories are performing? APG has a new
service that will help remove the hassles of managing multiple
laboratories.
APG Advantage Reporting has been expanded to include
corporate reporting. If your network laboratories are participating
in APG’s PT program, you can view online when and who each
laboratory submitted their PT data to. This information is provided
to you via a graphical interface that gives you a one page visual
summary as well as the ability to drill down to the details of each
submittal with just the click of a mouse.
The corporate version of Advantage Reporting also tracks the performance of
each laboratory in your network against each other as well as the
entire study group. This benchmark data can be used to coordinate
quality improvement through out your network. Identify those
laboratories that are excellent in certain analysis and let them help
the remainder of your laboratories.
As the network quality
officer you can share or limit the amount of data seen by facility
quality officers. We have designed the system to be flexible so that
it can be used in the way you want to use it. Its goal is to help
you manage multiple facilities with fewer headaches while improving
overall network performance.
