Have you been running DMRQA samples for what seems like forever?

Placing My Order Online
First, establish an Elite Membership Account that gives you the access
to your account via the site. To sign up, go to www.apgqa.com and
click on the Login button on the top right of
your screen. The login screen will appear, and proceed with
completing the information on the right side. Your User Name,
will be your full email address and then establish a unique
password for your account.
After you have completed the initial login, then proceed with
entering the information concerning yourself and your
laboratory. Once you have submitted your registration you
can order samples. In addition, your account will be
reviewed within 24 hours. An APG representative will email you
that your account has been approved. You may ask if there can
be additional users within your lab, the answer is Yes. Your
lab can have as many logins as you need. The primary contact
will have full access and the additional registrants will have
access as needed. Refer to the newsletter article "Delegating Responsibilities"
for additional details.
Once you have submitted your Elite Membership registration, you can
proceed with placing your order. Go to "Shop APG"
on the main menu, then to either the DMRQA Chemistry or
DMRQA WET to add items to
your online shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order,
you can be assured that you are set to receive the samples
as indicated.
Shipping DMRQA Samples
Will my samples be shipped immediately? No, the great
thing about placing your order now, is that your one
step closer to being completed, the order will not be
shipped until the week before the study begins. And
also, payment will not be processed until after the
samples are shipped as well.
