Often Contract Laboratories are lost in the shuffle of DMRQA.
They do not receive a copy of the DMRQA Announcement
Letter (308 Letter) and sometimes permit holders neglect to
notify them of their requirements. Contract Laboratories
have between 10 to 50 NPDES Permit Holders that have
DMRQA Reporting requirements. Between staying up-to-date
with DMRQA requirements and preparing reports, Permittees and Contract Labs have
a big job on their hands!
APG recognizes the unique reporting challenges facing contract
laboratories. We believe that making the DMRQA process easier
for Contract Labs will make DMRQA simpler for everyone. We
have developed an Internet-based system for Contract Labs to
create customized DMRQA reports for each of their Permittees.
Contract Labs now have powerful online resources and Permittees
will receive the information they need in an easy-to-use format.
Here are some key features of the updated DMRQA reporting system:
- Less typing – select Permittee information from the NPDES List.
- Create a customized DMRQA Reporting Package for each Permittee. Send only the analyte results listed on the NPDES Permit and Permittee instructions in a single electronic file.
- You receive the customized reports by email. You then have the flexibility to email, fax, or mail the reports to your Permittees.
With everything that changes from year-to-year some things still
stay the same. Contract Labs and Permittees will still be
able to:
- Download the elusive DMRQA 308 Announcement Letter from APGQA.com or DMRQA.com.
- Call us with your DMRQA questions or to order more samples.
- Count on APG to make everything as simple as possible.
APG takes customer suggestions and feedback very seriously.
Many new features of our online reporting system are based on
customer suggestions and feedback. Don't hesitate to let us
know how you would do things if you were designing the
reporting system!
We look forward to another successful DMRQA study and hearing from you.
