Graham B Jackson Pty Ltd (Australia) began business in 1983 importing specialised products, including Certified Reference Materials (CRM's) and Quality Control Standards.
The business grew over the years and the supply of CRM's has increased to where Graham B Jackson Pty Ltd are a major supplier of these products throughout Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and regions to the north.
Experience has been gained in the importation of Hazardous Materials and complying with Australia's rigorous quarantine laws. Australian Quarantine & Inspection Services Import permits are held for over 700 biological items.
A data base has been maintained since day one that covers all orders, and it cross references customers and catalogue number. Hard copies of all certificates are maintained in the order file and can be located and forwarded to a customer should they loose their certificate.
Also, if a reference material is recertified or found to have questionable values we can alert everyone who has ever purchased the item.
