DMRQA Participants are labs that have
NPDES Permit(s) or regularly perform
testing for analytes listed on an
NPDES Permit(s). Labs with NPDES

APG's Online Data Entry walks you through the entire
DMRQA Process. It significantly reduces coordination
between Contract Laboratories and Permittees.
Contract Labs can prepare data reporting packages
for their permittees that include all information
necessary to fulfill their requirements.

You can report data online until 11:59:59 PM EST on the study
close date. You receive an electronic copy of your
data and confirmation that your data was
received.

If you report Total Dissolved
Solids, you must report your
lot number on your data form. The solids lot number is located on the vial.

printed on the forms for your reference.
Ensure that the lot numbers of the products match the lot
numbers in the data reporting booklet.

If you are an NPDES Permit Holder, communicate
with your contract laboratory to

time to submit your information.

You are required to report data for all analytes
listed on your NPDES Permit and found on
the analyte checklist in the 308 Letter.
Analytes not listed on your permit may be reported but must be marked as voluntary.

Do not forget to send a data
package to your
DMRQA Coordinator.
It must include a copy of all your data and
the US EPA Forms found in the
DMRQA 23 Announcement Letter.
The US EPA Forms include the completed Analyte Checklist
and the Laboratory Performance Evaluation Forms.
Remember to keep a copy for your records.
