Customer administrators can create new APGQA.com Elite Accounts for
individuals within their organization and delegate online reporting
responsibilities to these individuals. All of this can be
conveniently accomplished without sharing passwords and without
contacting APGQA.com Customer Support.
How Does This Fit My Organization?
Normally, a chemist or technician will analyze the data. The customer
administrator can grant this chemist access to enter data online. The
chemist can then enter the data directly into the online data entry
system using their own email address and password. The customer
administrator reviews the data entered by the chemist and releases
it to APG for processing without ever entering any data and without
sharing their password. Each step in the online data entry process
can be controlled in this fashion.
How Do I Become a Customer Administrator?
APGQA.com Customer Service assigns the customer administrator. The
first step to becoming a customer administrator is
registering for an
APGQA.com Elite Membership Account. APGQA.com Customer Service will
review your account within one business day and grant you customer
administrator access if you meet APG's background verification.
You will be notified via email when your account has been verified.
How Do I Delegate Responsibilities?
You must
login to your APGQA.com Elite Membership Account.
Click the 'Customer Administration' link located on the top-right
of every APGQA.com page to access the customer administration menu.
A list of all APGQA.com Elite Members linked to your organization will appear.
You can create new accounts and delegate data reporting responsibilities
from this menu. To delegate responsibilities to existing users, click the
'Edit Rights' Button next to the user’s name and select the appropriate
responsibilities to delegate. You can also remove users that leave
your organization by clicking the 'Remove User' Button
next to the user's name.
