The closing date for DMR-QA
Study 25 is September 2, 2005. APG must receive all study data by this
date. Data received after September 2nd
will be evaluated as late in your final report and you will not receive an
evaluation. Data may be submitted online
or by fax until 11:59 p.m. eastern time on September 2nd. Hardcopy results received through U.S. mail or other courier (i.e.,
FedEX, UPS, etc.) must be in-house at APG on the closing date. Data received after the closing, but
postmarked prior to the study close date will also be evaluated as late. APG recommends courier mail to ensure your
data is delivered ontime.
Please review your data
return carefully before submitting. You
should pay particular attention to the NPDES permit number, accurate USEPA lab
codes for the lab performing the test, proper units and decimal point
placement.
