APG has four Technical
Support Chemists that are available during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00pm
eastern time) to answer questions related to proficiency testing, analysis,
reporting, and troubleshooting analyses. The technical support staff has over 50 years combined experience in
analytical chemistry and related fields, most of these from environmental
laboratories. APG is one of the few
remaining companies, in the world it seems, which has a human being answer
every phone call received during business hours. After our receptionist answers the phone, you
will have only one transfer to someone who will help with technical
support.
Our technical support is not limited to only proficiency
testing related issues. If you need
assistance for your day-to-day analyses don’t hesitate to call us. If we don’t have the answer immediately we
will find the answer. The technical
support staff meets on a regular basis to discuss the calls and questions
received in the preceding time period to make all members aware of issues and
resolutions. This is an ongoing training
process that helps us help you better and faster.
