PowerCheck Program
Proficiency testing is often associated with accreditation and
regulatory requirements.
However, proficiency testing
can clearly improve the overall quality of operations
when used in conjunction with appropriate reference
materials and a sound quality assurance program. Proving this
statement, the PowerCheck program is specifically designed
for cycle chemistry within power plant operations.
The PowerCheck Program specifically targets the key parameters
used to monitor boiler water, feed water, and steam operations
within power generating plants. The samples can be used to
verify laboratory analyses and online analyzers.
