Official DMRQA 25 Dates The DMRQA Announcement Letter (308 Letter) was released from the US EPA. Download an electronic copy. If you have not received your letter, you can expect it soon. APG understands that the letter has conflicting study close dates (August 20 and September 3, 2005), and we are working with the US EPA representatives to determine which is the appropriate date. We will relay any updates to you as soon as we can. APG's DMRQA studies will be modified accordingly, depending upon amendments to the 308 letter.
