The WP Quantitative WP Total Coliform - Total Fecal samples are shipped overnight. The samples work very well with the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, 20th Edition, Method 9223 type of presence/absence analysis. The samples are provided in lyophilized form to generate a more stable bacteria sample. The sample vial must be frozen upon receipt if not used immediately. The Phosphate buffer is stored at room temperature. Samples require reconstitution with a supplied Phosphate buffer solution prior to analysis.
