DMRQA: Discharge Monitoring and Reporting Quality Assurance

The Discharge Monitoring and Reporting Quality Assurance (DMRQA) program is a US EPA mandated PT program used by states to monitor and control the quality of laboratories. APG has all DMRQA chemistry and microbiological analytes to satisfy your DMRQA needs. APG has also developed an online DMRQA reporting system and easy-to-understand data return booklets and instructions to simplify the process. As an added bonus, upon successful analysis of your DMRQA analytes, APG will award to your laboratory a Certificate of Special Recognition to honor your success. Recognize Your Achievement Upon completion and successful analysis of your DMRQA analytes, APG awards a Certificate of Special Recognition to honor your successful participation. You have earned the recognition and can display your Certificate proudly. View an example. Permittee Data Return Packages APGQA.com's online data entry system allows contract laboratories to enter their data and prepare customized data reporting packages for each permit holder. Simply select a permit holder or create a general package, and add the analytes to be reported.

		May 1, 2008		Order PT Samples from APG (or approved PT Provider)
		August 29, 2008		Enter Data Online or complete and mail APG's Permittee Data Booklet
		October 24, 2008		Provider will submit a DMRQA Report to the Permittee, Contract Lab, State Coordinators, and US EPA
		December 5, 2008		Negotiate any "Not Acceptable" data for corrective action with DMR-QA coordinator. Corrective action reports sent to DMR-QA coordinator.
