DMRQA Corrective Action

The DMRQA Announcement Letter requires that all corrective actions be negotiated with your state or regional coordinator by December 8, 2005. Most DMRQA Coordinators now accept quick turnaround samples for prompt remediation and reinstatement if additional analysis is required. You can quickly meet your corrective action requirements by ordering PT STAT samples as follows:

1. All PT STAT orders received by 2:00 PM EST will ship the same business day via FedEx Priority and will be delivered to your facility on the next business day.
2. Once you have completed the appropriate analyses, enter your data online for immediate results or fax your results to APG.
3. Within 48 business hours, APG will evaluate your results and ship the report to you and the accrediting authority of your choice.
